1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Bookablee ("the Service"), operated at bookablee.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
These terms apply to all users of the Service, including account holders who create booking pages ("Users") and visitors who schedule appointments through those pages ("Invitees").
2. Description of Service
Bookablee is an online scheduling platform that allows Users to set up their availability, create event types, and share booking links. Invitees can use these links to schedule meetings with Users. The Service may include calendar integrations, email notifications, video conferencing links, and payment processing.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information.
- Maintain the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
- Send spam, unsolicited messages, or use booking links for phishing or deceptive purposes.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks connected to the Service.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or other users' accounts.
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Service without our written permission.
- Create fake bookings or misuse the scheduling system.
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without authorization.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you provide through the Service (profile information, event descriptions, availability settings, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content solely as needed to provide the Service.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including your availability and event details.
6. Bookings and Scheduling
Bookablee facilitates scheduling between Users and Invitees. We are not a party to any meeting, appointment, or agreement between Users and Invitees. We do not guarantee that either party will attend or honor a scheduled booking.
Users are responsible for managing their own availability, and Invitees are responsible for providing accurate contact information when booking.
7. Payments
Some features of the Service may require a paid subscription. If you subscribe to a paid plan:
- Payment is processed through Stripe. By making a payment, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the billing period.

- We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable advance notice.
8. Third-Party Integrations
The Service may integrate with third-party services such as Google Calendar, Google Meet, and Stripe. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third party's terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.
9. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, branding, and documentation, is owned by Bookablee and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the Service.
Your use of the Service grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for its intended purpose.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your data after a reasonable retention period, as described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bookablee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bookablee and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.
